Regent College Faculty
The faculty of Regent College are an international group of women and
men who bring to Regent a wealth of experience and high academic
credentials. They are each profoundly committed to enabling their
students to grow in
faith, understanding and service. Together they are a community of
scholars who enable Regent College to be a community of learning
that is rooted
in a love of God, disciplined in its desire to foster academic excellence,
and ultimately oriented towards the service of God and others in
the church and in the world.
The faculty come from Asia, Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom
and Canada. This international quality is also matched by an interdenominational
character, in that the faculty come from Reformed, Baptist, Anglican,
Presbyterian, Anabaptist, Brethren, Alliance, and Pentecostal backgrounds.
But while appreciating their respective traditions, they come to Regent
College with a commitment to work together, learn together and worship
together in the service of the Christ who transcends denominational distinctions.
